Returns and Refunds Policy

Return and Refund Policy (all refunds are sent using the same payment method that was used at the time of purchase.)

Within 14 days of delivery date you may return any item for a full refund or store credit as long as:

• The item(s) you received were not what you ordered.
• The item(s) you received were damaged (excluding damage caused during shipping).
• Item(s) is/are unused and undamaged and in their original condition and original packaging. 
• Credit will be issued once item(s) are returned and inspected. 
• You contact us via the drop us a line option on the homepage of our website, provide the original purchase receipt and the original items are returned within 14 days of delivery date.

If an items is returned within 14 days of delivery date because of buyer's remorse,  a refund will be issued minus all shipping charges and a 3 percent processing fee. You will also need to meet the following criteria:

• Item(s) is/are unused and undamaged and in their original condition and original packaging.
• Items are returned to us within 14 days of delivery date.
• You contact us via the drop us a line option on the homepage of our website, provide the original purchase receipt and the original items are returned within 14 days of delivery date.

Any undeliverable items returned to us will be restocked. You will be refunded the amount of purchase minus shipping costs and a 3 percent processing fee.

All other returns and /or refunds will be handled by us on a case by case basis at our discretion.
