We can only charge taxes in states that we have a nexus in.  If you were not charged taxes, either the products were shipped to a state that does not have online sales tax, or we do not have a nexus in that state. You must still pay taxes if the shipping address is in a state that requires tax. Check with a licensed tax professional and save your receipt.

For Canadian customers. We do not meet the requirements to register and collect taxes on behalf of provinces. You must still pay taxes if your province requires you to. Check with a licensed tax professional and save your receipt.

The delivery time varies depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. We usually ship out orders the next business day. All packages are assigned a tracking number.  Once an order is shipped, it is up to the post office or delivery company on when you will receive it. Weather delays might delay delivery. Customs may further delay orders when shipping internationally. 

If your order includes an item that is backordered, you can expect your items to be shipped within 2 to 3 business days. We only allow products that we know will become available in a few days to be backordered, otherwise the item will be listed as out of stock.
